Tournament season officially begins today! The Windy City All-Stars will travel to Omaha, Neb., Oct. 2-4, 2015 for the WFTDA D1 Playoffs.
Your Windy City All-Stars finished the season ranked #20 overall and seeded #5 in the Omaha playoff, which earns them a first-round bye. It was history in the making last Saturday night at the Broadway Armory—three local leagues dueled it out against each other under one roof, and the excitement was certainly noticeable. In the second game of the night at our travel season bout at Lombard Roller Rink this past Saturday, the Windy City Rollers All-Stars were looking for their first win this season. The Windy City Rollers' own Kristina Rago will be leading two stopping clinics on Sat. May 30 and Sat. Jun. 6 from 2-4 p.m. She'll be covering multiple stops, so come out to sharpen your plow stops, turnaround stops and more!  The clinics are open to skaters of all genders who are 18+ with basic skating abilities. You must bring your own gear.
