The top teams of the world have been meeting every summer for the past few years for a two-day tournament called the Golden Bowl.

All the fun kicks off this Saturday, June 8, at 6 p.m. when the Fierce Flamingos and the White Zombies face off. This special charity bout, which benefits Tequila Mockingbird, combines all your favorite athletes from the Hell's Belles, Double Crossers, WCR All-Stars and Haymarket Rioters. That’s right - it’s time for Playoffs! Your four WCR home teams are squaring off again on Saturday, May 4 at the UIC Pavilion in a final set of showdowns to determine who will play for the Ivy King Cup on June 8. The second place Manic Attackers will face off against the third place Hell’s Belles at 6 p.m., and the undefeated first place The Fury take on the fourth place Double Crossers at 7:30 p.m.

The Windy City All-Stars took a road trip last Sunday, March 10, 2013, to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the home of the Indiana Pacers, for a showdown against longtime rival, the Naptown Roller Girls. Naptown has made some impressive improvements over the past few years, and nearly knocked the All-Stars out of the #1 seed in the former North Central Region Playoffs in 2011. But there were to be no close calls this match up as the All-Stars quickly blew ahead of the Sirens, leaving a wreckage of debris in their wake.

This Saturday, Feb. 9 is the first official bout of the 2013 season! First up will be the 2012 Championship rematch of the Manic Attackers vs. The Fury. Directly following, the Double Crossers and the Hell's Belles will go head-to-head in the second bout of the evening. We've been focused on getting tougher, leaner and meaner in the off season, and we can't wait to show off!

With the season opener under our belts, now the 2013 season can really get underway.
