Bout 6 Charity and Entertainment

Our featured charity for bout 6 will be the Ronald McDonald House near University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital. The anthem will be performed by musical duo Brock and Abrams, and our half-time shows will feature The Revelettes.

The four Ronald McDonald Houses serving Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana provide a “home away from home” to keep families together while their child is receiving medical treatment far from home. The Ronald McDonald House near UC opened its doors on September 13, 1986 as the second House in Chicago. For more information, please visit their home page.

When two of the most entertaining guys in the classic rock circuit join forces you get...Brock and Abrams! Bob Abrams, formerly of the Buckinghams, and Mick Brock, formerly of Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone, play popular hits from the 50's, 60's and beyond. Get a sneak preview at www.BrockAndAbrams.com.

Half-time will showcase the sometimes campy, sometimes vampy, always flirty 60’s style go-go troupe The Revelettes, who have performed everywhere from drag-queen punk rock shows to elementary-school benefits. Check 'em out, they're Chicago's grooviest go-go gals.

Plus, the first 300 fans through the door get a WCR keychain, so get your rear in gear and get there early!
