Skate with the Windy City Rollers on State Street this Saturday!

On September 14, 2011, The Windy City Rollers were invited to be a part of history in the making by attending the 25th Anniversary Entrepreneurial Women’s Conference, Women’s Business and Buyer’s Mart at Chicago’s McCormick Place-West.

On Saturday, October 1st , come experience State Street and the Loop in a new and unprecedented way with the Windy City Rollers! The Chicago Loop Alliance and Active Transportation Alliance present Open Streets on State Street, a free event promoting community culture in Chicago.

Tournament season continues this weekend, and the Windy City Rollers want to share the excitement with you this Sunday!

Half-time entertainment will have you spinning with a performance by Dizzy Lizzy Delicious! Dizzy Lizzy Delicious, a graduate of the National Institute of Circus Arts in Melbourne, Australia, will be entertaining fans with her unique hula-hoop, circus and sideshow talents during the half-time show.
