The Windy City Rollers’ All-Stars served brutal 151-56 loss at the hands of the Rocky Mountain Roller Girls’ 5280 Fight Club.

The Windy City Rollers’ Second Wind traded blows with the Rocky Mountain Roller Girls’ The Contenders in a seesaw bout that saw Second Wind ultimately felled by The Contenders 130-124.

UPDATED! The Windy City Rollers All-Stars hosted the Boston Massacre on July 31st at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago. In what proved to be a brutal game for two teams vying to stay in the top ten, Chicago came out with a 121-115 victory, barely eeking past a determined Boston team.

The Fury, unbeaten since a season-opening loss to the Manic Attackers, met expectations with a 130-71 blowout win over the injury-ridden Double Crossers in the Ivy King Cup Championship.

Last week, the WCR All-Stars, along with a legion of leaguemates and fans, traveled up to the Twin Cities to assert their regional dominance. This week, they returned-- job done.
The WCR All-Stars had three games at the Brawl of America and booked three big wins: first a quarterfinal against host Minnesota Rollergirls (155-25), second a semifinal against Cincinnati (163-36), and a championship win over Madison (150-56).
