WCR is once again pleased to be teaming up with Chicago Gateway Green to help them in their mission to beautify Chicagoland.

Chicago Gateway Green is holding their annual Gaming for Green Poker Tournament and Casino Night this Thursday, August 5th. Some of our skaters will be entering the Texas Hold 'Em tournament to prove that they're just as much card sharks as, um, skating sharks.

If poker's not your thing, there will also be a selection of additional games including roulette, craps, and blackjack; plus fine food and cocktails.

The event will be hosted at Galleria Marchetti, 825 W. Erie St., Chicago. Check-in starts at 5:30 pm, with the poker action beginning at 6:45 pm. A buy-in will run you $150, and a spectator ticket is just $40. Plus, the next 100 spectator ticket purchasers will also receive a selection of coupons valued at $225!

All proceeds benefit Chicago Gateway Green, a 503c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to greening and beautifying Chicago.
