That’s right - it’s time for Playoffs! Your four WCR home teams are squaring off again on Saturday, May 4 at the UIC Pavilion in a final set of showdowns to determine who will play for the Ivy King Cup on June 8. The second place Manic Attackers will face off against the third place Hell’s Belles at 6 p.m., and the undefeated first place The Fury take on the fourth place Double Crossers at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday night's prime time Windy City Rollers bout featured the defending champion Manic Attackers against the Hell's Belles in a contest that saw the Manics largely dominate their opposition.

With masterful defensive play by Jackie Daniels, Dinah Party, and their other blockers, The Fury roared to an undefeated season Saturday night, April 20, 2013, with a 227-112 win over the Double Crossers. During what seemed like a routine roll, the furiosas also punched their ticket and a #1 seed to the May 4 playoffs.

4 years in derby-verse has brought Tamikaze from the Haymarket Rioters all the way up to her current status as veteran Manic Attacker and All Star.  She took a second to sit down with us to talk about juggling real life and derby life, favorite Manic Moments, and the quest for the championship ring.
